Unfortunately, when bad luck strikes, children are often the first to be affected - forced to sacrifice the basic comforts and security that many of us take for granted.
Wesley Mission Brisbane’s Emergency Relief Appeal is run to give fellow Aussies the support they need to turn things around. It might mean helping with the rent to avoid an eviction. Or it might be providing training to broaden someone’s employment opportunities.
By donating and purplizing your feet on Footloose Friday, you can have a laugh with friends and colleagues - and give less fortunate people something to smile about.
